This adorable little girl is Ryleigh. Now Ryleigh is always dressed so cute by her mom, my friend Angie. Now, I know if I would have seen this top, I would have thought - "that should be a card". But I didn't see it.
This photo was texted to me by my dear husband Bret, who saw Ryleigh's top at football practice and thought "that would make a good card"! Oh no - my sickness is catching! Actually, I was so thrilled to receive the text and know that my hubby was thinking of me and my love of paper-crafting items from things I see as I am out and about.
So...that night I could not go to bed until I stamped this! I have to say that this was so much fun to create with mostly punches.
The polka dots are 1/2" circle punches of Pretty In Pink card stock adhered to Chocolate Chip card stock. The leaves are Large Oval Punches of Whisper White card stock that I trimmed. The heart comes from the Heart To Heart Punch.
The greeting comes from the new stamp set - A Word For You. I love greeting stamps that combine two different fonts. I added aLarge Oval Punch of Rose Red card stock behind the greeting that was punched out with the Modern Label Punch.
Have you seen an item lately that you have thought, "I should use that in my paper crafting!"? Did you use it? If so, leave a comment here and tell me what it was and how you used it. If you have a photo of something you would like to see recreated with paper - I would love to take on the challenge! Email Me your item photo!
Thanks for stopping by today. Sorry for the late post, technology is wonderful unless it isn't working. Uugh.

Jill
