I wanted to share this card with you that I made after seeing my friend, Shelly's, book bag. I just loved the fun look and the colors and knew they would make a great card.
I used the Birds and Blooms die with the Big Shot for the flowers and leaves and free handed the stems. I hand-stitched the flowers and leaves with markers and our White Gel Pen.
Here is a picture of her bag. Sorry for the terrible picture quality - I took a picture of my cell phone screen. ;0)
You can't see it in this picture but there were white stitched flower outlines on the black. I improvised on my card with dotted white circles. It is a lot more detail than I am use to but I like the result.

It is a beautiful day here at my place. So much so, that I have all the windows in the house open to try and clean out all of the sick germs. All four of us have been sick at one time or another this week. I'm ready to be done!
